ADJUSTED FIRST SEMESTER DATES OF 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR (Y2, Y3 & Y4 STUDENTS)

SUBJECT: ADJUSTED FIRST SEMESTER DATES OF 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

Learning activities in the First Semester of 2024/2025 Academic Year resumed on Monday, 25th November 2024. All continuing students (Y2, Y3 and Y4) are advised to take note of the following adjusted semester and examination dates:

A) SAB/SOB/SESS/SNRES/SPAS

  1. Learning resumed on Monday, 25th November, 2024 and planned to end on Friday, 20th December, 2024;
  2. First Semester Examinations will start on Monday, 6th January, 2025 and end on Friday 17th January, 2025.

 

B) SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES

Continuing Students (Y2, Y3 and Y4) are advised follows:

Second Year, Bachelor of Science in Nursing students:

  1. Learning resumed on Monday, 25th November, 2024 and planned to end on Friday, 24th January, 2025;
  2. First Semester examinations will start on Monday 27th January, 2025 and end on Friday 7th February, 2025.

Third Year, Bachelor of Science in Nursing students:

  1. Learning resumed on Monday, 25th November, 2024 and end on Friday, 21st February, 2025;
  2. First Semester examinations will start on Monday 23rd February, 2025 and end on Friday 7th March, 2025.

Fourth Year, Bachelor of Science in Nursing students:

  1. Learning resumed on Monday, 25th November, 2024 and end on Friday, 28th February, 2025
  2. First Semester examinations will start on Monday 3rd March, 2025 and end on Friday, 14th March, 2025.

2nd 3rd and 4th Year, Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management Students

Semester and examination dates are similar to those indicated in (A) above

 

NB: All students are reminded to make good use of days over the Christmas break for revision. Christmas and New Year Break run from 21st December 2024 to 5th January 2025.
